摘要   阐述了一致性测试的概念、方法、形式和实施过程，在此基础上对可测标准与被测标准作了划分和理解，结合国际地理信息标准一致性与测试中所给出的构造抽象测试套件的框架，并以“自然资源和地理空间基础信息库(信息库）”项目中一些可测标准的ATS典型实例为研究对象，从中总结了抽象测试套件的构造规律和方法。该方法对可测标准的一致性条款中构造一组层级清晰、目标明确、高质高效的抽象测试套件具有重要的意义。

Abstract:In order to achieve enough effectiveness and practicality of the standards,and
determine the extent to which product is a conforming implementation, this article
presented the concept,methods,types and the implementation process of conformance
testing, based on it, understand and differentiated between the tested standards and
the standards under test, This paper combined with the framework of structure an 
abstract test suite which is given in 'Geographic information-Conformance and testing',
at the same time, take typical abstract test suite examples of the tested standards as
research objects, which is related to the project of 'natural resource and geo-spatial
database(information database)', from which summed up the law and methods of 
structuring abstract test suite. It is of great significance that structure a group of clear 
level, definite target and high-performance abstract test suite.
