摘要  知识经济时代专利已经变成了商业竞争的武器。技术领先的国际大企业一方面积极参与标准的制定，另一方面积极部署专利。采取一站式许可方式的“专利池”也就应运而生。但专利池中的专利并不一定是高质量的专利，所以国内科研单位或企业若能够找好突破口，积极进行研发与专利布局，则仍然有机会成为专利池的成员。因此培育具有实务经验的人才队伍、足以与国际抗衡的专利布局策略以及真正能产生绩效的企业专利管理制度三方面，仍然是当今专利战中根本的应对之道。

Abstract: At the age of knowledge economy, patents have become weapons in business
competition. The large international enterprises with leading technology on the one hand
actively participate in the draft of standards, on the other hand,positively arrange the
patents. As a result, the patent pool with One-stop licensing came into being. The 
patents in the patent pool are not necessarily high-quality patents, so if domestic 
research institutes and enterprises could find a breakthrough, with active R & D and 
patent strategy, still have the chance to become members of the patent pool. Train of 
qualified people with practical experience,patent portfolio strategy enough to compete
with international enterprises, and Patent Management System that could produce a 
real benefit are the most important strategy in today's patent battle.
