摘要  环路分析仪是xDSL接入网常用测试设备。讨论了环路分析仪的计量技术及校准规范的制定，主要集中讨论了环路分析仪物理层测试功能的校准技术及校准规范的制定。物理层测试校准主要包括交直流电压、直流电阻、直流电流以及定位功能，定位功能包括时域反射及电桥两种实现方式。选用多功能校准源及线路仿真器作为标准器进行了校准示例，并分析了不确定度来源及扩展合成不确定度，最后讨论了校准规范中对标准器的技术要求。

Abstract:Loop Analyzer is common measurement instrument of xDSL access network.This
paper discusses metrology technology and calibration specifying of loop analyzer. 
Discussion is restricted in physical layer calibration and specification, which includes 
DC/AC voltage; DC resistance; DC current and distance diagnostic measurement. In the 
distance diagnostic measurement segment, two brunches such as TDR and resistance 
bridges are discussed. Multifunction calibration source and loop simulator are selected as 
sample standards. Uncertainties of calibration and specification are discussed as well.
