摘要  为积极应对全球气候变化，减少温室气体的排放，一些国家和地区，如英国、美国、日本、中国台湾等对企业和部分产品开始了碳足迹的评价工作，并以碳标签的形式告知消费者产品的碳足迹，使消费者能够直观获取产品的碳足迹信息。中国主要的产品出口国和国际买家已经相继推出碳标签认证，这很可能成为一种新的技术贸易壁垒。对碳标签在全球的发展情况进行了详细介绍并做简要分析，提请企业和相关机构对此加以关注。

Abstract: Climate change is increasingly recognised as a major challenge. To reduce 
greenhouse gas emissions, some countries and regions started the carbon footprint 
assessment of enterprises and products , such as the United Kingdom, United States,
 Japan, Taiwan and so on. Access information on the carbon footprint of products using 
the carbon labels directly. Chinese major export counties and international buyers have 
also launched the carbon label certification, which is likely to become a new technical 
barriers. In this text, the carbon label in the global development has a brief introduction
Enterprises and related organizations should pay attention to carbon label.
