摘 要  综述了国际组织、区域组织和一些主要国家在解决电子电气产品有害物质污染问题过程中所制定的相关政策及采取的有效措施，重点强调了污染防治全球化势在必行的重要性。

Abstract:This paper gives an overview of policies and measures taken by international 
organizations, orginal organizations and some major countries to solve problems on 
electrical and electronic products hazardous substance. And it emphasizes the 
importance that globalization of pollution prevention and control must be enforced.
