摘要  在对DRA多声道数字音频编解码技术进行介绍的基础上,对与DRA技术相关的标准化和知识产权的最新进展情况进行了介绍，同时也对DRA技术的相关知识产权的权利人进行了分析。

Abstract: This paper discussed the progresses of standardization and Intellectual 
property related to DRA technology based on the introduction of DRA multichannel digital
audio coding technology. It also briefly introduced the holders of DRA related IP rights.
