摘 要 根据国内外节能减排领域相关政策法规和标准化进展，分析节能减排相关概念的内涵和联系，研究我国电子信息产业节能减排标准化重点领域的界定及相关标准，并提出行业节能减排标准化的发展趋势和任务。

Abstract: In this paper, based on the development of policy and standardization in 
energy conservation and emission reduction area for Electronic Information Industry, 
analyze the concept of “energy conservation and emission reduction”,and study the 
standardization fields and the development of relative standards, and put forward the 
ideas of the trend and the tasks.
