摘 要 就太阳光伏能源及其技术进行了概念性描述，提出了光伏发电的产业链。根据我国的实际情况，提出我国发展光伏能源的必要性及发展方向。在此基础上，就光伏能源标准体系建设方向及标准化应注意的问题进行重点分析。

Abstract:The concepts of the solar photovoltaic energy and technology were discussed. 
The industry domain is given. The necessarity and roadmap for developing solar 
photovoltaic energy are studied. Furthermore, some important problems about 
standardization were also discussed.
