摘 要 阐述了当前我国节能减排总体形势、发展趋势及节能减排系统平台的发展状况。提出了以网络信息服务平台为媒介打造节能减排自主品牌的总体设想，详细介绍了正在开发的CESI 电子信息产品节能减排标准化系统平台的设计目标和设计方案，并对系统未来发展及市场推广等方面提出了建议。

Abstract:This paper expounds the overall situation in energy conservation and emission 
reduction and the development trend in China's current, and introduces the energy 
conservation and emission reduction system platform development situation. It put 
forward the general idea according to the network information service platform for 
medium, build energy conservation and emission reduction standardization of 
independent brands.Introduces detailed under development CESI electronic information
products, energy conservation and emission reduction standardization system platform 
design goal and the design scheme of system, and put forward suggestions at the 
future development and marketing.
