摘 要 通过对中国RoHS 强制性产品认证、国推自愿性认证、机构自愿性认证等三种制度的背景、要求、利弊及其相互关系的解析，给出了企业应对中国RoHS 的策略。

Abstract:Through the analysis of background, requirements, advantages and 
disadvantages,relationship between China Compulsory Certification, Unified Voluntary 
Certification, and voluntary certification pushed out by certificate authority in China 
RoHS, this paper gives the coping strategies of China RoHS for corporations.
