摘 要 ISO 26000 的出台提供了践行社会责任的框架性指南，为我国开展企业社会责任工作提供了重要参考，也给我国带来了一定的潜在风险。为推进相关工作，建议政府部门应尽快研究制定符合国情的企业社会责任相关法律条款和指南，加强违法监管的实操性规章体系建设，同时改善企业经营环境, 积极发挥第三方组织的中介作用。

Abstract:As a guideline on social responsibility,ISO 26000 is an important reference for
Chinese corporate social responsibility building,but brings into certain potential risk as
well. In order to promote the releted work,the government,first of all,should establish
sound laws and guidelines;secondly,enforce the foundation of the operational regulation
system to prevent illegal action; thirdly, improve the environment for enterprise 
operation, and then, encoverage the thirdparty orginizations to play their roles.
