摘 要 分析了云计算应用模式的出现过程，以及云计算必须解决的四个关键技术，特别是云计算应用对数据中心提出的新需求。重点介绍了国外标准化组织在云计算标准化工作方面的进展，阐述了我国在云计算数据中心领域的标准化体系的建议，并展望了我国在该领域的前景。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the development process of Cloud Computing model, 
introduces the four key technologies that must be faced and solved. at the same time, 
the cloud computing need the datacenter do some changes. It also outlooks the current
standardization of Cloud Computing globally, especially in USA. Describes the 
standardization’s framework of Cloud Computing datacenter in china, Gives the future 
prospects in this field.
