摘要  简要介绍了数字版权管理技术和产业发展状况，详细分析了OMA DRM2.0 技术及标准的体系结构，指出研究制定我国自主DRM技术标准的重要性和紧迫性。

Abstract  In this paper, the DRM (digital right management) application and situation of 
DRM industry development is briefly introduced, which shows it is the core technology in 
digital content industry development. The technology and standard architecture about 
OMA DRM 2.0 is analyzed in detail. Finally, it is pointed that study and make out DRM 
standard of our own intellectual property right is very urgent and important.
