摘 要 界定了电子信息产业的范围，通过分析河北省目前的电子信息产业现状，给出了河北省电子信息产业价值链，分析了标准在电子信息产业价值链中的作用机制，进而指导河北省电子信息产业标准化战略的实施。

Abstract: The paper defines the domain of electronic information industry Firstly. From 
the current situation of electronic information industry in Hebei province, the paper 
defines electronic information industry value chain of Hebei province. So this paper is 
concerned to analysis the mechanism of standardization for electronic information the 
industry value chain in the formation and management of the industry value chain.
