摘 要 论述了信息无障碍领域标准制定方面有代表性的标准化机构研究方向和侧重点，ISO/IEC JTC1 侧重在整体性、全局性的考虑，ITU-T 集中在通信技术的无障碍研究规范上，W3C 更侧重于网页无障碍的具体技术指标。

Abstract: This paper analyzed the typical standardization institutes in information 
accessibility fields.ISO/IEC JTC1 has emphasized on the overall consideration,ITU-T has
focused on the communication technology accessibility specification, and W3C has pay 
extra attention on the web page accessibility technology index.
