摘 要 介绍了办公文档格式方面的两项主流国际标准——ODF 和OOXML 的内容和特点以及产品支持情况，详细阐述了其标准化过程和标准的维护现状，分析显示制定标准需要明确的立足点和强大的支持等，以期对我国的相关标准化工作提供借鉴。

Abstract: The two major international standards of office document format, i.e. ODF and
OOXML are introduced including their functions and features as well as their product 
support.The standardization process of these two standards are discussed in detail,The
definite standards and powerful industry are mecessary , which could enlighten us to
make better standards in the future.
