摘要  介绍了ISO/IEC制定的射频识别空中接口标准—ISO/IEC 14443、 ISO/IEC 15693和ISO/IEC 18000的主要技术特性并进行了对比分析，为制定我国相关技术标准提出了建议。

Abstract  This paper introduces technology characteristics of  RFID Air interface standards
- ISO/IEC 14443、 ISO/IEC 15693 and ISO/IEC 18000,compare and analysis the 
characteristics  of them.At the same time,the suggestions are given for the development
relevant technology standards in China.
