摘 要 在分析数据恢复安全现状的基础上，提出了以数据安全为核心的信息安全理念，对涉密数据恢复安全管理及相关措施进行了探讨和研究, 并给出了具体建议，以期对涉密数据恢复安全管理工作具有一定的现实意义和指导意义。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of actualities, the data security is proposed as a core 
concept of data recovery in this thesis. Institution-building and measures are studied
and specific proposals are given to the safety management. The value is expectable for
the safety management in secret data recovery.
