摘 要 结合CESI 标准信息服务发展现状及标准数字产品现状，对“中国电子技术标准数字图书馆”的设计目标、系统定位进行了说明，简述了系统的基本功能模块；并就系统未来发展及应用价值等方面提出了建议。

Abstract: This paper combining with the present situation of the development of CESI 
standard information service and standard digital products, illustration for China's
