摘 要 介绍了低频超低频振动计量的主要应用领域，在研究国内外现状的基础上，指出低频超低频振动计量包含的三个关键性问题，即控制系统中测振传感器，精确地实施校准以及优良的测振技术。

Abstract: The paper introduced the main appliance field of Metrology Technology of low 
and super low-frequency vibration measurement. On the base of research at home and 
abroad, indicated three main key issue contained in it which are sensor of measure 
vibration in control system, adjusted accurately and choiceness technique.
