摘 要 在总结近年来新疆维哈柯文信息技术标准化工作所取得的成绩及经验的基础上，研究探讨了少数民族信息技术标准化工作的特点规律、工作思路及政策思考。

Abstract: Based on the summary of achievements and experience in information 
technology standardization of Uyghur/Kazak/Kirgiz in recent years in Xinjiang,we studied
and discussed the feature,regulation,thoughts and policy of minority information
