摘 要 介绍了近几年来由新疆民族语言文字工作委员会、中国电子技术标准化研究所和潍坊北大青鸟华光照排有限公司共同研究制定的维吾尔文、哈萨克文、柯尔克孜文等民族文字型地方标准和国家标准研究与制定情况、所取得的成果、技术实现方法、技术创新点和推行应用情况等。

Abstract: This paper presented the general situation of Information technology-Uyghur, 
Kazak and Kirgiz font standard for information interchange,formulated by Xinjiang Uyghur
Autonomous Region Language Commission,Chinese Electronics Standardization Institute
and Weifang Beida Jade Bird Huaguang Imagesetter Co., Ltd. Such as fresh 
achievements, technical method, new ideas and the applications.
