摘 要 分析了当前维哈柯文信息化建设的重要性，以及维哈柯文信息处理技术在实现方面不同于汉字和西文的诸多特点，并针对这些特点提出了一种可行的维哈柯文信息处理系统检测技术方案，同时就实施检测过程中各个环节应注意的主要问题及其解决方案进行了探讨。

Abstract: This article analysis the importance of the construction of Uyghur/Kazak/Kirgiz 
information technology, and the different from Chinese processing between Uyghur
/Kazak/Kirgiz processing. Due to these characteristics, we present a viable testing
program of Uyghur/Kazak/Kirgiz processing system, while the main problems on the 
implementation of all major aspects of the testing process should be noted and their 
solutions were discussed.
