摘 要 介绍现行维吾尔文编码字符集和拉丁文字符的对应关系，提出了维吾尔文与拉丁文之间的相互映射关系和转写规则。

Abstract: This paper introduces the corresponding relationships between the characters
of the contemporary Uyghur script and those of the Latin script. Based on this,it further
proposes a mutual mapping relationship between the Uyghur script and the Latin script
as well as the transliteration rules.
