Abstract: This paper illustrates a Uyghur, Kazak and Kirgiz font and input method based 
on national standards. This font and input method is a part of Founder new generation 
Uyghur, Kazak and Kirgiz electronic publishing systems, it will help to promote Uyghur,
Kazak and Kirgiz electronic publishing system upgrades and application.
