摘 要 阐述了SOA 工程标准化及意义，结合我国向ISO/IEC JTC1/SC7 提交的两项潜在的新工作项目，分析SOA 工程的标准框架与生存周期，为后续SOA 工程的标准制定给出一个可参考的指南。

Abstract:In this paper,we introduce SOA engineering standardization and its importance
Then,a SOA engineering standard framework and a life cycle model will be proposed with
our two new work item proposals to ISO/IEC JTC1/ SC7. They will provide a reference
guide for our following standard proposals in SOA engineering.
