摘 要 介绍了我国信息无障碍领域开展的标准化工作，提出了信息无障碍概念模型，并在此基础上提出了顶层标准体系框架，以保证该领域标准制定工作统一、有序，最后针对我国信息无障碍标准化工作提出了具体建议。

Abstract: This paper firstly introduced the information accessibility standardization in our
country,secondly explained the information accessibility concept model and the standard
system top structure, and at last gave suggestions on the information accessibility 
standardization.
