摘要  PSP（Personal Software Process，个体软件过程）基于这样一种思想：“软件工程师应该计划要做的工作，然后按照这个计划来工作。这样就能够在规定的预算和时间内开发出高质量的产品。”单元测试是软件测试的重要组成部分。采用先进的测试技术和工具来提高单元测试的质量，实际效果并不理想。究其原因，单元测试的质量不仅仅与过程、技术和工具有关，关键的因素还在于执行单元测试的人的自身能力。

Abstract  PSP-Personal Software Process, is based on the main ideology that the 
software engineer should make plan for the work and carry out the work in accordance 
with the plan,so as to produce high quality product within the budget and the schedule
Unit test is main part for the software test. However, to improve the test quality of unit 
test by adapting advanced technology and method proved unfavorable. The reason is 
that the quality of the unit test relies on not only the test process,technology and tools
but also the of the individual who carry out the unit test.
