摘 要 主要介绍了FIPS 199 信息安全标准的内容，分析了对美国信息安全法规的支撑作用，为我国信息安全标准化工作提供借鉴。

Abstract:This paper introduces the information security standards of Federal Information
Processing Standard.The supporting function to the information security legislations of
America is analyzed, and the references to the related standardization of China are 
proposed.
