摘 要 信息技术如何为住户的生活服务，如何建设一个安全、便携、健康、舒适、智能的家园，提高住户的生活品质，如何建设智能化系统的专网，将先进的网络技术应用于建筑智能化。以某别墅智能化系统设计方案为例就此给出了详细描述。

Abstract: In this paper, the design of one villas intelligent systems give a detailed 
description not only about how information technology services to people’s lives,how to
build a safe, convenient, healthy, comfortable, intelligent homes for improving the life 
quality of residents, but also about how to build a private network of the intelligent 
systems and apply the advanced network technology to the intellectualization of 
buildings.
