摘 要 随着3G 无线分组网络的飞速发展，基于移动终端的实时多媒体业务需求也日趋广泛。如何保障诸如流媒体直播和可视通话等QoS 要求较高的业务，必将成为一个重要的课题。对CDMA EVDO 网络中的QoS 保障机制进行了初步探讨，阐述了CDMA EVDO 网络的QoS 实现架构，并以终端MS 源发呼叫的QoS 协商过程为例，描述了其信令流程。

Abstract: With the rapid development of 3G wireless packet networks, the demand of 
real-time multimedia services based on mobile terminals are becoming increasingly 
widespread. How to protect multimedia live broadcasting and video calls service which 
requires a higher QoS will become an important issue. This article will focus both on QoS 
guarantee mechanism and its architecture implementation in CDMA EVDO network. Also 
the QoS negotiation process based on MS terminal and its signaling process will be fully 
discussed.
