摘要  经济与技术的快速发展催生出大量新的商业模式，为企业战略性应用标准与知识产权提供了基础。分析了Sun与英国电讯公司两个案例，表明通过开放标准和有选择地参加不同类型的标准化组织，企业能够占领市场，使自身利益最大化。

Abstract  The development of economy and technology is initiating a lot of new business
models which are basis of the enterprise’s strategetic application of standards and 
IPR.Trough analyzing two cases of Sun and British Telecom,the article demonstrate that
enterprise may possess markets to maximize its profits by open standards and 
participating SDO of different type.
