摘 要 通过搭建多种用户端操作环境，分析影响网站无障碍改造的各种因素，建议重点调整 IE8 浏览器的操作环境，同时开发相应的读屏软件标准。

Abstract: This paper built many kinds of user operating environment, analyzed all factors
which influenced website information accessibility, and at last suggested we should 
adjust the operating environment of IE8,and prepare screen reader software standards.
