摘 要 以一个集团型企业为例，从管理者角度在知识管理框架模型构建、知识管理构成、知识管理系统定位、企业文化激励机制等方面，探讨如何结合企业实际，从组织规划、系统构建、运营等方面进行企业知识管理。

Abstract: This paper is to find a solution for the enterprise’s knowledge management, 
put forward a suggestion inculding organization construction; system design, policy 
design. The results show that the solution can solve the sereals of the knowledge 
management. and improve the result of the information search and the value of the 
enterpriste’s informaiton value.
