摘 要 在分析业界云计算技术背景及产业链环境的基础上，提出一种传统IT 企业向云计算业务转型的智能决策支持系统的设计方法；阐述了该智能决策支持系统的架构，详细介绍了该系统中模型库管理系统、知识库管理系统、数据库管理系统以及人机交互综合系统的关键点；系统充分利用了IT 企业丰富的技术积累、业务积累、行业优势及实施经验，探索了IT 企业在由传统业务模式转型到云计算业务模式的机会及突破口。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of technology background and industry chain environment
for cloud computing, this paper suggests a design methodology of intelligence decision
support systems (IDSS) for supporting traditional IT enterprise’s transition to cloud
computing related businesses, explains the architecture of IDSS and details the key 
points of MBMS,KS,DBMS and user interaction system. The methodology emphasizes on 
taking advantage of traditional IT enterprise’s technology and business accumulation, 
industry superiority, implementation experiences, etc. based on which we can seek after 
the opportunities and breakthrough for traditional IT enterprise’s transition to cloud 
computing related businesses .
