摘 要 SOA 相关技术和标准规范的日趋成熟，为其国内电子政务领域中的应用提供了坚实的理论和技术基础，并逐渐在电子政务领域中得到越来越多的应用。通过江西省电子政务统一应用平台的案例分析，介绍SOA 相关技术和标准规范在电子政务中的实践和作用，以便为国内其他电子政务的SOA 应用，提供具体的案例参考。

Abstract: SOA-related technologies and standards to mature, that provides a solid 
theoretical and technical basis for domestic application in the field of e-government, and 
gradually has been applied more and more in the field of e-government. In this paper, to 
introduce SOA-related technologies and standards in e-government practices with a 
unified platform for e-government in Jiangxi case studies and provide specific case 
reference for other e-government for the domestic SOA application.
