摘 要 从立法进程、管辖产品范围、各方责任、费用机制、目标和实施效果、标志、回收体系建设等方面对国内外废弃电子电气产品回收处理法规最新进展进行了比较与分析，并结合我国《废弃电器电子产品回收处理管理条例》的要求与实施情况，对我国废弃电子电气产品的回收处理工作提出建议。

Abstract: Legislation Process, regulated products, responsibility of each party, costs 
mechanism, target and implementation effect, marks, and recovery system of legislation 
at home and abroad is compared and analyzed in this paper.Based on the requirements
and implementation of "Regulation on the Administration of the Recovery and Treatment
of Waste Electrical and Electronic Products", this paper gives some suggestions on 
recovery work of waste electrical and electronic equipment in China.
