摘 要 针对目前IT 服务管理绩效考核的现状,对原因及关键要素进行了分析;提出了一种基于平衡计分卡及COBIT(信息及相关技术控制目标)框架的绩效考核方法,目的是对IT 服务管理进行全面、准确的评价。

Abstract: In order to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of ITSM(IT service
management), and also to reflect the true value that ITSM brings to enterprise,an
effective method to assess and evaluate the performance of ITSM is strongly needed.In
this paper,a method which based on the balanced scorecard and COBIT framework is
put forward to resolve this problem.
