摘 要 通过对ERP 实施能力的评价和测度等问题进行研究，建立了针对大型企业ERP 实施能力测度模型，提供可度量的测评方法和诊断体系，解决国内大型企业实施ERP 过程中缺乏有效的能力诊断及评价方法的问题，最后以中国石油ERP 系统的实施建设为例测度其ERP 实施的总体能力，并针对其得分情况给出了具体的改进建议。

Abstract: This paper is intended to research the ability of ERP implementation issues 
such as evaluation and measurement studies, we establish a capability for measuring 
large-scale ERP implementation model that provides a measure of evaluation methods 
and diagnostic systems, try to resolve the problems in ERP implementation and 
evaluation of large enterprises, Finally take the ERP implementation of PetroChina as to
measure the overall capacity of its ERP implementation; and give some suggestions for 
improvement.
