Abstract: Information system service refers to work like specialized information 
technology consulting, system integration, technical support and etc. which aims at
satisfying the needs of automated information brought by business growth of companies
and organizations and uses information technology and related principles as its basis. 
This article gives an introduction to the administration of qualifications for computer 
information system integrators, information system project managers, information 
system engineering supervision bodies and information system engineering supervision 
personnel.
