摘 要 介绍了我国正在制定的第一项个人信息保护国家标准《信息安全技术 公共及商用服务信息系统个人信息保护指南》的主要内容，构建了我国个人信息标准体系框架，对我国个人信息保护标准推广与执行提出了具体建议。

Abstract: In this paper, The main content of the first national standard for personal 
information protection《Information security technology – Guideline for personal 
information protection within information system for public and commercial services》
(edition for authorizing) is introduced. We also present a framework of personal 
information protection standard system and its composition. At last, we give some 
specific recommendations for the promotion and execution of these standards.
