摘 要 以北方国际B2B电子交易平台的建设为实例，详细阐述了以企业架构为指导的SOA规划、设计和实施方法在企业全程电子商务领域的应用，涵盖了业务架构梳理、信息系统架构和技术架构设计、服务分析和设计以及实施等，对帮助传统企业实现现代全程电子商务转型，实现IT-业务战略的一致性匹配，有着重大的实际意义。

Abstract: This article will base on a real full-range e-business case of NSEC B2B platform
to elaborate how to apply the SOA plan,design and delivery methodology to implement
delivery such a system.It includes how to comb the business architecture,how to design
the information and technology architecture and how to analyze and implement the 
business service. The article has a important practical significance for helping traditional 
enterprise to implement the IT-business strategy alignment during the full-range 
e-business transformation period.
