持续集成与自动化测试的实现
Achievement of Continuous Integration and Automated Testing
摘 要 通过对敏捷开发实践——持续集成和自动化测试的研究与应用,结合组织现有测试体系及产品成熟度情况,寻找适合的开发方法,以改善当前开发模式与测试流程,解决在传统的开发模式下生产力低下、软件质量不可控、软件延期交付和后期维护成本偏高的问题。同时结合现有资源,基于持续集成进行测试管理创新,实现了组织的工作效率、产品质量和管理效力的整体提高。

Abstract: In order to improve the current development model and testing process, solve
the problem of the low productivity ,the uncontrolled software quality, software delivery
delayed and the higher cost of later maintenance with the traditional development mode
in the project group, the research and application of agile development, that is ,
continuous integration and automated testing of research and application is practicing,
which combined with the institute of the existing testing system and the product maturity
searching for suitable development method.At the same time,Combining with the limited
resources of the existing test group and basing on the continuous integration test
management innovation to realize the work efficiency, product quality and management
efficiency of the whole institute.
