摘 要 新版国家标准GB 4943.1-2011《信息技术设备 安全 第一部分：通用要求》和GB 8898-2011《音频、视频及类似电子设备 安全要求》依据我国地理条件、气候条件、供电设施条件加入了相应的技术偏离，阐述了标准修订的原则和依据、修订的主要内容，新版标准制定和实施的意义等。

Abstract: The paper introduced the development of background of national electronic 
product safety standard GB 4943- 2011"Information Technology Equipment Safety Part
I: General requirements" and GB 8898-2011" Audio, video and similar electronic 
apparatus Safety requirements ", the new edition added the technical deviation 
according to China's geographical conditions, climatic conditions, electricity supply 
facilities. This paper analyzed the principles and basis of the standard revised, the main 
highlights of the new standard, the significance of the standard publicizing.
