摘 要 HTML5 是未来移动互联网的核心平台，更是未来移动互联网时代的技术制高点，但是它目前还没有成为W3C 正式的推荐标准。这是因为首先HTML5 在音视频标准上存在多版本，其次HTML5 的专利风险使它的产业化前景出现了一定的不确定因素，再次，HTML5 的Web 存储中存在版权风险，最后，HTML5 目前还无法通过技术措施实施数字版权管理。尽管HTML5 的标准化进程存在着一些不确定性，但其很可能打破目前应用商店为主的移动互联网商业模式，并为中国ICT 企业提供巨大的产业机遇和挑战。

Abstract: HTML5 will be the core platform and the key point of the technology in the 
coming mobile internet era, but it has not yet been recommended as the standard by 
W3C. The reasons are as follows. Firstly, there are several different Versions of the 
standard about audio and video. Secondly, risks of patent of the HTML5 induce some 
uncertainties to its industrial prospects. Thirdly, web storage of the HTML5 has 
copyright risk. Finally, the HTML5 cannot temporarily achieve Digital Rights Management 
(DRM) by technology methods. Although there are some uncertainties in the 
standardization of the HTML5, it will break the current mobile internet business model 
dominated by the App Store and provide tremendous industry opportunities and 
challenges to Chinese ICT enterprises.
