摘 要 对国内外数据中心能效的发展趋势、影响数据中心能效的关键因素及国内外数据中心能效相关标准和法规情况进行了分析，提出了我国数据中心标准化工作建议。

Abstract: This paper introduced the development of Power Usage Effectiveness of data 
center at home and abroad and analyzed the key factors that influence Power Usage 
Effectiveness. Also introduced the standards and regulations, proposed some 
standardization suggestions for data center effectiveness.
