摘 要 论述了电子信息产业竞争力的信息资源支撑体系，研究信息资源对电子信息产业竞争力的作用机理，从组织视角设定出评价指标，并按照AHP 法和FCE 法构建出电子信息产业信息资源竞争力评价体系。最后应用评价模型对我国电子信息产业信息资源竞争力进行了实证分析。

Abstract: This paper discusses the electronic information industry competitiveness of the
information resource support system, study information resource of electronic information
industry competitive mechanism, from the perspective of organization setting up
evaluation index, and according to the AHP method and FCE method to construct the
electronic information industry competitiveness evaluation index system of information
resources. Finally in this paper the application of evaluation model on China's electronic
information industry information resources competitiveness empirical analysis.
