摘 要 以可信计算标准为例，对可信计算领域标准的差异性进行分析和讨论，借由博弈理论建立攻击/ 防御模型，并对标准的制定和推广过程中面临的代价进行描述、分析，最后给出我国在信息安全领域技术标准发展可以遵循的原则。

Abstract: This paper takes trusted computing standards series as an example,analyzes
and discusses the differences between de jure standard and de fact standard, 
establishes attack/defense model on the basis of game theory, describes and analyzes 
the cost for the process of formulation and implementation of de jure standard, gives 
several principles for the field of trusted computing in China.
