摘 要 分析了“五位一体”电子信息产业发展战略思想的可行性、操控性和效能性，并结合江苏电子信息产业发展实践，阐述了这种思路不仅能为江苏电子信息产业开辟一条具有江苏特色的创新发展道路，而且还能为江苏电子信息产业的腾飞带来旺盛的生命力、强劲的竞争力和持久的创新力。

Abstract: This paper analyzed the feasibility, handing and performance of electronic 
information industry development five in one strategic thinking, and combining with the 
Jiangsu electronic information industry development practice,it proved this line of thinking
can not only open up a road with Jiangsu electronic information industry characteristics 
of innovative path of development, but also the take off of the electronic information
 industry in Jiangsu vitality, strong competitiveness and long-lasting innovation.
