摘 要 介绍了国内外电子签名技术相关标准整体情况，分析了ISO/IEC JTC1/SC27、ITU-T、IETF、R以及美国和欧盟所制定的电子签名技术标准的特征，并围绕我国《电子签名法》实施的相关要求，提出了关于电子签名服务和数据电文可信性的标准化建议。

Abstract: This paper summarizes the overall situation of the domestic and international 
electronic signature technology standards, briefly analysis the different characteristics 
about the standards developed by the ISO/IEC JTC1/SC27,ITU-T,IETF, U.S. and EU. And 
around the relevant requirements of China's Electronic Signature Law, generalizes the 
corresponding standardized recommendations about the electronic signature services 
and the credibility of the data message.
